BAMFORD VILLAGE WEBSITE
Welcome to our village website which will keep you up to date with
events in and around the village of Bamford in the Hope Valley,
Derbyshire.
The summer highlight of the year is always Bamford Carnival Week
which is held during July each year. The 2012 Carnival week
takes place from Saturday 14th until Sunday 22nd July with
Carnival Day itself taking place on Saturday 21st July. Events
which take place during Carnival Week include Fell Races, Well
Dressings, Sports Competitions, a Quiz, Folk Night and many
others, details of which will be listed on the Carnival page of
the website.
Other events held in the village include Dog Trials,
Horticultural Show and numerous Church and local organisations
events, all will be listed in the diary section with relevant
links where applicable.
